The Orthodontist will serve as the sole provider, managing ongoing Invisalign and orthodontic cases while initiating new ones in a state-of-the-art military facility.

Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the sole Orthodontist on-site for scheduled locum tenens shifts
Continue Invisalign treatment and oversight on current patient cases
Diagnose and initiate new orthodontic cases
Provide care for patients with United Concordia insurance, with a preference for those enrolled
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize available resources and request additional tools as needed for case management
Additional Information
Must possess an active Ohio dental license
Board certification or eligibility in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics required
Invisalign certification required
Preference for providers enrolled with United Concordia insurance
