Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in orthopedic surgeries, focusing on hips, knees, and dislocations
Provide support in pre-operative and post-operative care
Work closely with orthopedic surgeons to ensure comprehensive patient care
Participate in 3-4 surgical days per week, with 1 day allocated to clinic duties
Utilize EMR system (Cerner) for documenting patient care
Additional Information
Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Applicants must have recent and consistent experience in orthopedics, particularly in surgical settings
