Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for an 80-day assignment in New York, commencing May 1, 2026. This role involves both inpatient and operating room work, with shifts spanning 0700-1700 and 1700-0700. The successful candidate will perform procedures such as total knee, shoulder, and hip replacements, providing critical patient care autonomously while a supervising physician is present in the OR or available by phone for floor call.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform total knee, shoulder, and hip replacement procedures.
• Provide patient care in both inpatient and operating room settings.
• Care for patients aged 18 and older.
• Operate autonomously within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a supervising physician present in the OR and available via phone for floor call.
