The schedule includes Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with an emphasis on surgical days and one clinic day per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in orthopedic surgeries, including but not limited to hip and knee replacements, and manage dislocations
• Provide support in pre-operative and post-operative care
• Participate in patient assessments and consultations in clinic settings
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner EMR system

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
• Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Candidates must hold a valid California medical license
