Locum Tenens Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon Needed in KY

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon for an 84-day assignment in Kentucky, starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves 8-hour shifts daily, with surgeries scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays. The physician will primarily focus on general orthopedic surgery cases, seeing 30-35 patients in clinic daily and performing 5-10 surgeries per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See 30-35 patients per day in clinic.
• Perform surgeries on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Target 5-10 surgeries per week, with potential for increased volume.
• Manage a variety of general orthopedic surgery cases, including carpal tunnel, injections, hips, knees, and shoulders.
• Experience with foot and ankle procedures is a plus.
