Locum Tenens Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon Needed in NV

Job Description

Our client in NV is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon for an 80-day assignment starting Apr 20, 2026. This role involves 24-hour call, dedicated clinic, and OR time, Monday through Friday, with varying hours. The Physician will manage general orthopedic cases, including total joints, hips, and knees, within a Critical Access Hospital, which is not designated for trauma.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 24-hour call coverage, from 7am-7am
• Conduct dedicated clinic and OR time
• Work in a Critical Access Hospital seeing all routine/general Ortho cases
• Manage general Ortho cases, including total joints, hips, and knees
• Ship out most trauma cases
• Oversee additional clinic hours and patients Monday through Friday, with hours varying
