Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon for a 4-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio. This position begins on Dec 26, 2025, and consists of 24-hour out-of-house call coverage, including general orthopedic surgery cases and joint injections. Ongoing weekend coverage is anticipated, with priority given to providers who fill this initial assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care, including general ortho surgery
  • Perform steroid and gel joint injections
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities as scheduled
  • Respond to emergency orthopedic consults and procedures

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Active Ohio license or active IMLC required (IMLC candidates must provide LOQ)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Preference for candidates comfortable with all aspects of general orthopedic surgery
