Responsibilities and Duties
Perform all necessary hospital-based documentation
Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
Formulate treatment plans for orthopedic consultations
Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
First-assist in surgeries
Order and prescribe medications and orthotics
Provide on-call coverage
Advocate for patients and assist in the overall continuum of care
Practice to the fullest extent permitted under current state and federal laws
Additional Information
Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in a doctor’s office, with 2 years in Orthopaedics
