Responsibilities and Duties
Provide clinical orthopedic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
Assist in formulating and implementing orthopedic treatment plans
Collaborate with supervising orthopedic surgeons and healthcare team members
Perform minor procedures and assist in surgical cases as appropriate
Monitor patient progress and document care in accordance with clinic protocols
Ensure compliance with established safety and quality standards
Additional Information
Must hold an active California Physician Assistant license
Required board certification: Orthopaedic Surgery
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Prior experience in both outpatient and inpatient orthopedic settings preferred
