Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct office visits and follow-up consultations for pain management patients
Perform procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections
Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
Wisconsin state medical license required
Board certification in Pain Medicine required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient setting
