Job Description

We are seeking a Pathologist for a 5-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon beginning Feb 2, 2026. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no call or weekends, working on site 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be AP/CP board certified or eligible and comfortable signing out complex surgical pathology cases.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Sign out complex surgical pathology cases
  • Provide pathology services on site 40 hours per week
  • Participate in medical directorship of an outlying laboratory (eventual expectation)
  • Apply fellowship training in a surgical pathology subspecialty if applicable

Additional Information
  • AP/CP board certification or eligibility required
  • Medical degree required
  • Must be able to obtain an Oregon medical license
  • Fellowship training in surgical pathology subspecialties, especially GI or GYN, is desirable but not required
  • Recent graduates will be considered
