Job Description

We are seeking a Board-certified Pathologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Tennessee, beginning on Sep 1, 2025. This role involves daytime shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, focused on evaluating and diagnosing a variety of surgical and clinical pathology cases.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate and diagnose a broad spectrum of surgical pathology and clinical pathology cases.
  • Ideal for candidates with a strong background in Surgical Pathology.


Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology; Clinical Pathology/Laboratory Medicine
  • Minimum of 3 years of laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing.
  • Clinical research experience and publication work are preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of clinical testing processes and procedures is advantageous.
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system to maintain accurate patient records.
