Locum Tenens Physician - Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology Needed in WA

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Washington, starting Jul 30, 2026. This role involves providing anesthesia services for pediatric cardiac surgery patients, typically one surgery patient per day, and supporting Cath/EP lab and cardiac imaging procedures. The schedule for this assignment is to be determined.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide anesthesia services for pediatric cardiac surgery patients.
• Perform required procedures including Pediatric General Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Open Heart Anesthesia, Central Line placement, and Arterial Line placement.
• Manage various surgery types such as Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, and Thoracic.
• Typically manage one surgery patient per day.
• Support Cath/EP lab and cardiac imaging procedures.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology is required.
• Must be Fellowship Trained.
• Experience with Epic EMR system.
