We are seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in New York beginning Jan 1, 2026. This role is based in a pediatric cardiac ICU within a trauma setting, with a primary need for night shifts and some flexibility regarding day shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and monitor pediatric cardiac ICU cases, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
  • Respond to emergencies and acute changes in patient status
  • Document and update patient records in accordance with facility protocols
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and families regarding patient care plans


Additional Information

  • Current nurse practitioner license required in New York
  • Experience in pediatric cardiac ICU or similar critical care environment strongly preferred
