Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Pediatric Cardiology Needed in NY

Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in NY, commencing Jun 8, 2026. This role involves 12-hour in-house shifts from 8a-8p, focusing on inpatient Pediatric Cardiology care within the CICU, including daily rounding with physicians and managing an average of 5-9 cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide inpatient care in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
• Round and collaborate with physicians during day shifts
• Manage an average of 5-9 cases per day
• Perform procedures such as Intubation and Ventilation
• Place Central/Arterial Lines
• Initiate and manage ECMO
• Provide Hemodynamic Support
• Manage post-operative patients, particularly those with breathing and respiratory failure

• Board Certifications required: Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
