Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations specific to age and diagnosis, including psychological assessments.
Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on synthesized data and evidence, including the interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic results.
Demonstrate proficiency in technical and procedural skills relevant to the pediatric critical care specialty.
Provide management, referrals, counseling, and education to patients and their families on current care and preventive health measures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and apply evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Engage in collaborative research projects and protocols related to pediatric critical care.
