We are seeking a Pediatric Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting Jan 1, 2026. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct thorough physical exams and obtain detailed medical histories for pediatric and cardiac intensive care patients
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate
  • Provide education and support to families regarding their child's condition and care plans
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and cohesive patient care

Additional Information
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in PICU and CICU settings
  • Required board certifications: Pediatrics; Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC)
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Wisconsin state license required
