We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Critical Care Medicine specialist for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in Ohio starting Dec 24, 2025. This assignment features in-house service from 6:30am to 6pm and out-of-house call from 6pm to 6:30am, managing up to 7 pediatric patients daily. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both general pediatric and critical care duties in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Round on pediatric critical care patients
Manage pre- and post-surgery critical care cases, including burn and craniofacial surgery patients
Oversee care for up to 7 patients daily, with a maximum of 2 at ICU level
Ensure readiness to manage higher acuity as patient volume and complexity increases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
Additional Information
Must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (no lapsed boards)
Completion of 3-year General Pediatrics residency (ACGME accredited)
Completion of 3-year Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellowship (ACGME accredited)
Optional: Additional 4th year subspecialty fellowship in Cardiac or Neuro Intensive Care
Must hold an active Ohio license
