We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a 160-day locum tenens assignment in Missouri starting Oct 6, 2025. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30am to 4pm, working closely with two full-time dental assistants to provide care for children both in-office and at local schools.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide dental care for pediatric patients in both clinic and school settings
Work collaboratively with two full-time dental assistants
Begin each day in clinic from 7:30am to 9am, then travel to local schools with dental assistants and equipment
Set up and deliver dental services at schools from 9am to 2:30pm, returning to the clinic to finish the day until 4pm
Perform primary extractions at schools and secondary extractions in the clinic
Refer patients for oral surgery as needed
Utilize portable and digital x-ray equipment on school visits
Administer local anesthesia when appropriate in school settings, with follow-up in clinic for anxious patients
Travel between office and schools in a company-provided van with equipment
Rotate to different schools for periods of 2-3 weeks at a time
Additional Information
Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Missouri
Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) certification required
Experience and comfort working with children is essential
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
