We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Hospitalist Physician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a Hospital in California. The assignment begins on 09/01/2025 and requires coverage for 12-hour shifts, with the possibility of 24-hour shifts if desired. The ideal candidate should be able to work at least 5 consecutive days and be comfortable managing pediatric floor patients, ED consults, and cases in the pediatric burn unit. Responsibilities include handling common acute illnesses, chronic condition exacerbations, and post-operative care. The physician will manage 10-15 patients per day on the pediatric floor, 0-5 ER consults, and 0-3 cases in the pediatric burn unit daily. PALS certification is required, and experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
