Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for a locum tenens opportunity in Ohio. This 6-day assignment starts on Sep 8, 2025, with day shifts running from 6am-6pm. The primary responsibilities include rounding and admitting in a pediatric setting without the need for procedures due to full pediatric subspecialty backup.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide care in a general pediatric unit.
  • Conduct rounding and admissions for pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with a team of 10 Pediatric Hospitalists and residents.
  • Manage patient care without the need to perform procedures, supported by a full range of pediatric subspecialties.
  • Utilize the EMR system, Epic, to maintain accurate patient records.


Additional Information

  • Required Board Certifications: Pediatrics, Pediatric Hospital Medicine
  • Must hold a valid DO license for Ohio.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required.
