• Provide round-the-clock inpatient care for pediatric patients
• Manage pediatric emergencies and critical care situations
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients' families about care plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Respond to pediatric emergency calls promptly
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges of pediatric patients
