Responsibilities and Duties
Provide inpatient pediatric and neonatal hospitalist care
Manage two neonatal beds for advanced care or close observation in the nursery
Oversee up to 15 mother/baby rooms
Respond to emergencies and provide coverage during 24-hour call shifts
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Deliver care in a rural hospital setting
Additional Information
Oregon medical license required
Must have clean background for temporary privileges
Board certification in Pediatric Hospital Medicine required
Experience with pediatric critical care preferred
Comfort working in rural environments is essential
