Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide inpatient pediatric and neonatal hospitalist care
  • Manage two neonatal beds for advanced care or close observation in the nursery
  • Oversee up to 15 mother/baby rooms
  • Respond to emergencies and provide coverage during 24-hour call shifts
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
  • Deliver care in a rural hospital setting

Additional Information
  • Oregon medical license required
  • Must have clean background for temporary privileges
  • Board certification in Pediatric Hospital Medicine required
  • Experience with pediatric critical care preferred
  • Comfort working in rural environments is essential
