Responsibilities and Duties
Provide specialized care to pediatric patients with leukemia and lymphoma
Manage a service of approximately 20 patients
Coordinate and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document all patient encounters and care plans using Epic EMR
Adhere to all relevant clinical protocols and safety standards
Additional Information
Must have current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC) required
Experience with pediatric leukemia/lymphoma is mandatory
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
