Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver specialized care to pediatric oncology patients, including those requiring bone marrow transplant (BMT) management
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with attending oncologists
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide patient and family education regarding disease process, treatment modalities, and care expectations
• Document all patient encounters and clinical findings according to facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care
