Responsibilities and Duties
Provide inpatient coverage for 6 to 8 pediatric hematology patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with sickle cell disease
Document patient encounters and treatment plans
Participate in daily rounding and care planning
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and protocols
Additional Information
Current GA license required
Board certification in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology required
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
Experience working with sickle cell patients preferred
