Responsibilities and Duties
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and consultations in pediatric surgery.
Provide first assist in surgeries, although not mandatory.
Handle a patient load of 20 during day shifts and 40-50 during preferred night shifts.
Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management.
Additional Information
Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC).
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia.
