Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive pediatric urology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct outpatient clinic consultations and follow-ups (3 days per week)
• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room (2 days per week, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, some Fridays)
• Manage inpatient rounding and post-operative care
• Participate in weeknight and weekend on-call rotations
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
