Job Description

We are actively seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 140-day assignment in California, commencing May 4, 2026. This role involves a Monday-Friday schedule with 8 AM to 5 PM shifts, focusing on general pediatrics, including chronic pain management and behavioral health issues in pediatric patients.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage general pediatric cases.
  • Provide chronic pain management for pediatric patients.
  • Address behavioral health concerns, such as anxiety, in pediatric patients.
  • Deliver pediatric chronic care management.
  • Maintain a patient volume of at least 18 patients per day.
  • Ensure timely closure of charts within 72 hours.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification: Pediatrics
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar setting.
  • Possess a Furnishing License with Schedules II.
  • Active DEA registration is required prior to the assignment start.
  • Experience working in an FQHC setting.
