Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner for an 80-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Massachusetts. This opportunity starts on Feb 9, 2026, and features day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Candidates should have previous pediatric and newborn experience, as well as at least two years in community health, FQHC, or strictly family medicine outpatient settings.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide primary care to pediatric and newborn patients in an outpatient setting

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Adhere to established protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines

Additional Information
  • Massachusetts state license required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine and/or Pediatrics required
  • Prior experience in community health or FQHC settings preferred
