Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement management plans for pediatric patients.
  • Educate patients and families about health promotion, disease prevention, growth, development, and illness management.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribe medications as required.
  • Ensure all care delivered is compliant with established guidelines and regulations.


Additional Information

  • Must have an unrestricted MD license and DEA certification.
  • Required to be board certified in Pediatrics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatrics.
  • Proficient with the Athenahealth EMR system.
  • Certifications needed: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
