Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver pediatric outpatient care in a community-based setting
Provide care to a patient population that is approximately 75% Spanish-speaking, supported by translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistants
Manage cases where 78% of patients are covered by Medical/Medicaid
Adhere to clinical protocols and document care accurately
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
Additional Information
Must have current California license, DEA, and furnishing license
Required board certifications: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (PPCNP-BC)
Recent experience in a pediatric setting is required
FQHC, rural health, or Indian Health Service experience preferred
