We are seeking a Pediatrics Physician Assistant for a 64-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pediatrics and newborn care, as well as at least two years in community health, FQHC, or strictly family medicine outpatient settings.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric and newborn care in a community health or outpatient family medicine setting
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
  • Perform routine pediatric procedures and preventive health screenings
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
  • Participate in orientation and adapt to the clinical environment as needed

Additional Information
  • Must hold a valid Massachusetts license
  • Required board certifications: Family Medicine and Pediatrics
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Previous experience in pediatric and newborn care is essential
  • At least two years of experience in community health, FQHC, or strictly family medicine outpatient required
