Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive pediatric and newborn care in a community health or outpatient family medicine setting
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
Perform routine pediatric procedures and preventive health screenings
Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
Participate in orientation and adapt to the clinical environment as needed
Additional Information
Must hold a valid Massachusetts license
Required board certifications: Family Medicine and Pediatrics
Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Previous experience in pediatric and newborn care is essential
At least two years of experience in community health, FQHC, or strictly family medicine outpatient required
