Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatrics Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment with our client in MA, starting Mar 30, 2026. This role involves 8-hour shifts in a busy center, focusing on seeing at least 3+ patients per hour for chronic care, acute care, walk-ins, and newborn follow-ups. You will also have one dedicated administrative day per week which can be worked remotely.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a high-volume patient load, seeing at least 3+ patients per hour.
  • Provide comprehensive care for chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and walk-in patients.
  • Conduct newborn follow-up appointments and well-child exams.
  • Administer vaccinations and perform medication management.
  • Address high chronicity cases, including COPD, diabetes, and hypertension.
  • Demonstrate true pediatric experience, including newborn care, with a strong ability to thrive in a very busy center.
  • Utilize one full administrative day per week for charting, with the option to work remotely on this day.
  • Experience in behavioral health is a significant advantage.


Additional Information

  • Board Certified in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
  • EMR System: Epic.
  • Must have true pediatric experience, including newborn follow-ups, and cannot be solely family practice experience.
