Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • Sign off on clinical charts
  • Participate in leadership meetings
  • Collaborate on growth and expansion initiatives
  • Review patient population and visit data
  • Contribute to marketing, new site development, and service line planning
  • Advise on pediatric department strategy and care models
  • Schedule providers and assign patient panels

Additional Information
  • California medical license required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Pediatrics required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Leadership experience (Director, Chief, Lead, etc.) highly preferred
  • Understanding of care gaps and experience with FQHC models and business analysis preferred
