Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with family members and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Adhere to protocols and best practices in a community health or FQHC environment

Additional Information
  • Previous experience with pediatric and newborn patients required
  • Minimum of 2 years in community health, FQHC, or strictly family medicine outpatient settings
  • Must hold active board certification in Family Medicine and Pediatrics
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • Massachusetts medical license required
