Additional Information
Active Massachusetts medical license required
Board certification in Family Medicine and Pediatrics required
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community health, FQHC, or outpatient family medicine
Orientation scheduled for Feb 9, 2026
