Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Texas starting Dec 15, 2025. This 26-week opportunity features a highly flexible schedule with 4 hours per week available Monday through Friday during daytime hours. You will meet one-on-one with patients, assess their needs, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Meet individually with patients to assess their condition and needs
  • Formulate and document comprehensive treatment plans for each patient
  • Allocate approximately 45 minutes for each patient assessment
  • Ensure high standards of care and professionalism in patient interactions

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas
  • Experience as a general practitioner or PT specialist is preferred
