Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Maine. This role begins on Oct 6, 2025, and offers a structured weekly schedule split between a clinic and a surgical center, with no hospital coverage required. The Physician will work from 8 AM to 4 PM, optimizing patient care in both settings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage acute and chronic pain, including but not limited to joint injections, epidurals, and electrical stimulation
• Perform Fluoroscopically guided facet injections
• Split time efficiently between a clinic and a surgical center to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize the Cerner EMR system to document and manage patient information

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Must be licensed to practice in Maine
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Experience in pain management procedures is highly desirable
