Additional Information
Must hold a valid Vermont medical license or be IMLC certified
Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation required
No unexplained gaps over 2 months on CV
Reference from the most recent supervising physician needed
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory
