We are seeking a board-certified Plastic Surgeon for a 91-day locum tenens assignment in Iowa starting Dec 22, 2025. This opportunity offers weekday day shifts, Monday through Friday, with patient care responsibilities and call rotation. The role involves trauma call, ER and in-office consults, and reconstructive collaboration with breast surgeons.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide trauma call coverage
  • Perform emergency room consults
  • Conduct in-office consults and procedures
  • Collaborate with breast surgeons on reconstructive cases
  • Manage inpatient responsibilities as assigned

Additional Information
  • Active Iowa license or active IMLC required (LOQ must be uploaded at name clear)
  • Board certification in Plastic Surgery or Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery required
  • Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Prior experience required
  • Clean malpractice history required
  • Must be available for 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedules as needed
