This opportunity begins Feb 1, 2026, with a 77-day contract and requires 24-hour call coverage and 8 hours of clinic per week, with a minimum of 7 shifts per month. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trauma plastic surgery, including hand procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide trauma plastic surgery care, including hand surgery
  • Cover 24-hour call as scheduled
  • Conduct a minimum of 8 hours of clinic per week
  • Manage acute and complex cases requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters

Additional Information
  • Indiana medical license required
  • Board certification in Plastic Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery required
  • Must hold Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) certifications
  • Assignment may start as early as late Jan if credentialing permits
