Job Description

Our client in MS is seeking a dedicated Podiatry Nurse Practitioner for a 6-day assignment starting May 13, 2026. This role involves providing nonsurgical treatments, including referral orthotics, casts, or strappings, and addressing a range of foot-related conditions during daytime shifts from 8:30AM to 4PM. You will focus on patient care in home and nursing home settings, managing routine nail maintenance and diabetic foot care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide nonsurgical treatments, such as referral orthotics, casts, or strappings.
  • Perform routine nail maintenance, including nail trimming, in-grown nail treatment, and nail infection treatment.
  • Offer diabetic foot care, treating foot-related diabetes symptoms like diabetic ulcers and diabetic neuropathy.
  • Treat other foot-related injuries and conditions, including corns, calluses, and wounds.
  • Visit patients in home and nursing home settings.
  • No prescribing is required for this role.
