Responsibilities and Duties
Provide psychiatric care in-person and, as needed, via telehealth in an outpatient environment
Prescribe and administer medications and injections in accordance with Maryland regulations
Manage a caseload of approximately 60 percent children/adolescents and 40 percent adults (patients aged 5-75)
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Additional Information
Active Maryland license required; bonus if also licensed in DC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) Certification (PMHNP-BC) required
Controlled Substances Registration (CSR) and DEA certification required
Previous experience in psychiatric care across varied age groups preferred
Ability to work independently and adapt to both in-person and telehealth settings
