Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (60-minute appointments)
- Provide medication management for mental health conditions
- Perform follow-up visits (30 minutes; 15 minutes for regular check-ins)
- Participate in daily Zoom staff meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members as needed
Additional Information
- Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
- Minimum of two years clinical experience in medication management for mental health conditions required
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) Certification (PMHNP-BC) required
