Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations (60-minute appointments)
  • Provide medication management for mental health conditions
  • Perform follow-up visits (30 minutes; 15 minutes for regular check-ins)
  • Participate in daily Zoom staff meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
  • Minimum of two years clinical experience in medication management for mental health conditions required
  • Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) Certification (PMHNP-BC) required
