Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer's, depression, grief from loss of spouse, and bipolar disorder
• Conduct medication management for patients
• Collaborate effectively with all staff members
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled hours
• See and treat all assigned patients each day, managing a load of 30+ patients daily
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using Athenahealth system
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering quality patient care
• Stay updated on current psychiatric treatment modalities and best practices
