 We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist for a locum tenens position at a hospital in California. This 30-day assignment starts on 06/16/2025 and requires coverage for 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, for 2-3 weeks per month. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with adult acute inpatient psychiatry, community 5150 or voluntary population, and general psychiatry. The role involves managing 12-15 patients daily, handling 2-4 admissions/discharges, conducting follow-up rounds on general and forensic units, and attending court for 5150 proceedings. This opportunity offers the potential for extension and requires an active California medical license.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide adult acute inpatient psychiatric care
