We are seeking a Psychiatrist for a 6-week locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts. This opportunity begins on Aug 25, 2025, and involves up to 10 hours per week of collaboration and consulting. The psychiatrist will act as an interim medical director, primarily working with a multidisciplinary team to oversee medication management and provide guidance to nurse practitioners and nurses.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow up with nurse practitioners on medication logs and documentation
- Available for phone calls and emails between 9am-5pm for consultations with nurse practitioners or nurses
- Attend required multidisciplinary team meetings and medical team meetings
- Serve as interim medical director, overseeing clinical operations and patient care strategies
Additional Information
- Must be board certified in Psychiatry, Family Practice, or Addiction Medicine
- Comfortable with withdrawal management
- Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Proficiency with the Evolve EMR system
