Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide psychiatric care and treatment to patients in a mental health setting
• Supervise APRNs and DOs on staff
• Complete thorough and accurate documentation
• Interpret and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage a clinic caseload of 30-40 patients (once fully credentialed)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor medication as needed
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed in Rhode Island
• Experience with EchoVantage electronic health record system preferred
• Board certification in Psychiatry required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
