We are seeking a licensed Psychologist for a 156-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Jan 5, 2026. Schedule: Clinicians can set their own schedules; preference for evening and weekend availability. Hybrid work is available, but some onsite presence is required. Each session is 60 minutes, approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct individual sessions for patients experiencing addiction, bipolar disorder, depression, and related mental health concerns
Provide support for marital and pre-marital issues, divorce, anger management, and domestic abuse cases
Manage child and adolescent patients with behavioral or emotional challenges
Address alcohol use and eating disorders within the patient population
Deliver in-person and hybrid care as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility protocols
Additional Information
Must hold an active California license as a Psychologist
Preference given to candidates with both California and Texas licenses, but this is not required
Open to providers with availability outside standard 9-5 hours, though 9-5 candidates will also be considered
